About the role

We are seeking Production Technicians to join our team at Becton Dickinson Medical (S) Pte Ltd in the Tuas West Region. As a full-time Production Technician, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring the production of high-quality medical devices.

Your focus will be on operating and maintaining various production equipment, adhering to strict quality and safety standards.

What you'll be doing

Operating and monitoring production equipment to ensure efficient and safe manufacturing processes
Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting on production machinery
Conducting regular inspections and quality checks to maintain product quality
Documenting and reporting production data, issues, and recommendations
Collaborating with the team to identify and implement process improvements
Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations

What we're looking for

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Production Technician or in a similar manufacturing role
Technical aptitude and familiarity with production equipment and machinery
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Comfortable with hands-on work, including standing for extended periods and safely handling moderately heavy materials as part of a dynamic production environment
Ability to work effectively in a team and follow standard operating procedures
Good communication and documentation skills
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, regulated manufacturing environment
Able to understand and communicate in basic English
