Job Responsibilities

Perform frontend process of hydrogen peroxide, ammonium hydroxide other utilities operations.
Perform receiving of front end related raw materials and record it on prescribe inventory log.
Perform chemical discharge to the raw material tanks, sampling collections and other related activities
Carry out process monitoring using DCS, LPC and other HMI related items.
Record the parameters using prescribe check sheet and datasheet and ensure the reading is within prescribe operational range.
Carry out and use of hand-held equipment necessary for operation activities.
Prescribe to adhere the procedure on QMS, EMS and OHS.
Strictly adhere to safety rules and donning of PPE when performing activities.
Strictly adhere to standard operational procedure and observing line discipline.
Ensure proper housekeeping and maintains the general upkeep and cleanliness of the production area.
