Responsibilities:
- In charge of registration of patients
- Handle registration, admission and discharge of patients
- Arrangement of appointments (register & cancellation & reminder)
- Attentive to patients’ enquiries and needs
- Manage of phone calls
- Handle of payment
Requirements:
- Min GCE O Level
- Good communication skills and customer service oriented
- Passionate in healthcare industry as this is a patient-fronting role
- Team player
- Able to adapt to fast pace environment.
