Bedok - Operations Support Officer (Social Service)

My client is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join their team as an Operations Support. In this role, you will assist in outreach efforts, data management, and administrative coordination to support the effective implementation of programmes and initiatives.

• Outreach Support: Contact and/or conduct home visits (when required) to reach out to uncontactable families and understand reasons for declining support.
• Administrative & Coordination Support: Provide coordination and administrative assistance for programme implementation.
• Data Management: Support the team in data collation, reporting, and analysis for various operational needs.
• General Support: Undertake any other duties as assigned to ensure smooth programme operations.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Business, Social Sciences, Humanities, or other relevant disciplines.
• Experience: Preferably with prior public service and/or administrative or office experience.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Attributes: Self-driven, organised, and able to multi-task effectively in a dynamic environment.
