Our client is a reputable provider of innovative audio technology solutions. They serve a diverse customer base across consumer electronics, commercial sound systems, and in-vehicle audio applications. We are currently hiring a Sales Coordinator to support their B2B business operations.

about the job

Manage end-to-end order fulfilment and shipping operations (inbound/outbound) across various product categories, ensuring timely deliveries through SAP, freight coordination, customs clearance, and proactive communication with stakeholders.
Oversee daily operations with third-party logistics (3PL) providers, maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock counts, and ensure inventory levels in SAP are updated in real time.
Prepare and manage shipping documentation such as commercial invoices, delivery notes, and permits. Ensure proper documentation control in line with internal policies and support audit requirements.
Act as a liaison between internal teams (Sales, Planning, Business Development) and external partners (freight forwarders, customs brokers), providing timely updates and resolving any operational logistics issues.
Support ongoing logistics and warehouse improvement initiatives, including freight cost optimisation, stock reconciliation, and reverse logistics activities.

skills and experience required

min. 3 years of relevant experience
proficiency in SAP function is required
