Marketing & Communications Executive
We specialise in interior architecture, thematic &visitor galleries, exhibitions & events and signage & environmentalGraphics. We have completed projects with major banks including DBS, HSBC,Deutsche Bank. We have revamped spaces of Singapore American School and HuaweiOffice.
We have completed exhibitions in ArtScience Museum including FutureWorld, Disney: Magic of Animation and Marvels.
We are looking for atalented individual to drive our branding and marketing communications acrossregional offices. He/she would be responsible to develop and implementmarketing strategies and initiatives.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Corporate Communications & Business Development Support
o Prepareand maintain corporate and tender presentation decks, company profiles andcapability statements for client presentations, business development activitiesand industry engagements; to communicate SPACElogic's capabilities, projectexperience and value proposition.
o Support awardsubmissions, industry recognitions and corporate communications initiatives.
o Ensure consistency ofbrand identity, messaging and visual presentation across all corporatematerials.- Content Creation & Publications
o Plan,develop and create content for SPACEPLUS, the company's bi-annual publication,including project write-ups, feature articles, employee stories and corporateupdates.
o Conduct interviewswith project teams and stakeholders to gather information for contentdevelopment.
o Coordinate withdesigners, photographers and external vendors to produce high-quality marketingcollateral and publications.
o Create content acrossmultiple formats including articles, newsletters, case studies, videos,presentations and digital campaigns.
o Maintain a repositoryof project photographs, videos, testimonials and marketing assets for futureuse.- Client & Project Storytelling
o Work closely withproject, design and contracts teams to document completed projects and transformtechnical information into engaging client-facing stories.
o Develop project casestudies, success stories and marketing materials to support lead generation andbusiness development efforts.- Market research andstrategy
o Identify trends, target audiences and competitors, gather insights tocreate content that is relevant and impactful
o Set clear objectives and key performance indicators to achieve our goal- Drive social mediapages (Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn)
o Schedule social media posts that feature completed projects and highlightthe key milestones of each project
o Develop new social media strategies and campaigns
o Conduct photoshoot and video shoot for key projects
o Content creation that includes copywriting, graphics, videos and othercontent that resonates with audience
o Utilise digital marketing tools and platformse.g., Google Ads, social media advertising, SEO to reach and engage customers
o Monitor and analyse the performance ofmarketing campaigns, make adjustments as necessary to improve results- Manage marketingactivations for any SL Experiences’ licensed exhibition (e.g., Attack on Titan,Sneakertopia)
- Corporate websitemanagement
- Marketing activationsfor clients via social media, events, etc.
- Work closely withcross-functional teams to showcase and create content
- Internal marketing communicationsprocesses and protocols
- Employee branding andengagement
- Partnering with HR tostrengthen internal communications and engagement
- Manage the marketingbudget effectively, allocate funds and resources to ensure cost-effectiveness
Skills andRequirements:
- Strong presentation design skills usingMicrosoft PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience preparing corporatepresentation decks, tender presentation materials and marketing publications.
- Ability to translate technical projectinformation into compelling visual and written content.
- Experience in B2B marketing, corporate communicationsor the built environment industry would be advantageous.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office application
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms
- Proficient in photo and video editing applications
- Strong interpersonal, communication and copywritingskills (English and Mandarin Chinese to support the Taiwan and China offices)
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator andwebsite design will be an advantage
- Experience in Social Media Account management
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience inmarketing, branding and marketing communications
- Creative and able to think out of the box
- Both an independent worker and a team player
- Understand current market trends and consumerbehaviour
- Being pro-active and receptive to changes
- Able to work well in a fast-paced and dynamicenvironment
- Interest in the interior / exhibition industry (Bonus)
