Manager, Marketing Communications (Healthcare)

• Develop and execute integrated marketing and communications plans across multiple channels.
• Create and manage engaging content for websites, social media platforms, presentations, publications, and marketing materials.
• Coordinate internal and external communications initiatives to enhance organisational visibility and stakeholder engagement.
• Plan and manage corporate events, campaigns, workshops, and engagement programmes.
• Maintain digital platforms and ensure content remains current, accurate, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver communication and outreach initiatives.
• Manage project timelines, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful execution of campaigns and events.
• Monitor campaign performance and recommend continuous improvements.

• Possess Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
• 5–7 years of experience in marketing communications, branding, public relations, events, or related fields.
• Strong writing, editing, and content development capabilities.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with creative design tools and digital content platforms is an advantage.
