Key Responsibilities
Customer support: Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely updates to clients regarding shipments and deliveries.Logistics coordination: Liaise with internal teams, freight forwarders, and vendors to ensure efficient movement of goods.
Documentation management: Prepare and verify shipping documents, invoices, and records to ensure compliance.
Problem-solving: Proactively identify and resolve potential delays or service disruptions.
Continuous learning: Stay updated on logistics processes, industry practices, and customer service standards.
Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
Willingness to work in-office, 5 days per week.
