Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and lead a small team in managing daily operations.
- Checking in passengers.
- Acting as a service ambassador to assist and guide passengers in using the Self Service Kiosk and Auto Bag Drops.
- Performing gate handling duties, including communication with airline crews and coordination of departure activities with various departments.
- Guiding and escorting transit passengers between the arrival gate and the Transfer Holding Area.
- Assisting passengers who require special assistance.
- Performing any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.
Salary:
Basic salary from S$2,500++ Monthly Allowances (up to S$500)
+ Joining Bonus S$5,000
+ Annual AWS (1 month)
+ Performance Bonus (up to 3 months)
Requirements:
- Open to Locals only
- Must possess minimally Higher NITEC / Diploma
- Open to candidates with no experience
- Must be independent at times
- Must be able to commit to rotating shifts (morning/afternoon/night)
