As a Customer Service Officer (Healthcare), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Assist with administrative tasks in delivering advisory services to patients and families, including processing data and statistics via electronic systems.
• Gather information and support patients through financial assessments; conduct assessments or home visits when needed.
• Coordinate with agencies, authorities, families, and nurses on patient-related matters, ensuring all referrals are appropriately managed.
• Supervise customer care coordinators in handling subsidy cases and serve as a communication link between them and management.
• Manage escalated customer issues and refer complex cases to the Manager.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records and stay updated on elderly care policies and funding.

Requirements:

• Minimum O Level education
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
