What you'll be doing?- Contract Management: Assist with the Singtel Term Contract, including planning, tracking, and fulfilling all contractual and service obligations to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordination: Coordinate daily job scheduling with technicians and subcontractors, ensuring timely execution of maintenance and repair works to meet client needs.
- Client Communication: Handle client enquiries, prepare and follow up on quotations, and maintain effective communication with Singtel and consultants to foster strong relationships.
- Documentation: Prepare and submit safety documents, access permits, and service reports, ensuring all documentation is audit-ready and submitted on time for compliance.
- Progress Monitoring: Monitor work progress, proactively resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction from project start to completion.
- Financial Tracking: Track monthly claims, water treatment reports, and invoice submissions through Ariba, contributing to efficient financial management.
- Educational Background: Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field, providing a solid foundation for the role.
- Experience: At least 2–3 years of relevant experience, ideally handling term contracts or FM projects.
- Problem-Solving Skills: A strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive and hands-on attitude to tackle challenges effectively.
- Communication Abilities: Good communication, planning, and coordination skills to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office and service tracking systems to manage documentation and workflows efficiently.
