We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Sales Executive to support sales engagement, lead development, and account coordination. This role is suitable for candidates with some sales or customer-facing experience who are looking to grow in enterprise sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to understand needs and propose suitable solutions.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and client communications.
  • Generate and qualify leads through research and outreach.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and track sales activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support business development efforts.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Business, Marketing, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of working experience in sales, customer service, or account support.
  • Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
  • Exposure to System Integrator (SI) or Enterprise sales is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Software (e.g., CRM, Customer Experience, Unified Communication, ERP) will be an advantage.
