Position Title: Sales Executive

Working Hours: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)
Position Overview:The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to sales, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
- Present and demonstrate products and services to potential clients, highlighting benefits and key features.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring a mutually beneficial agreement.
- Maintain and expand client relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure smooth client experiences.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience in sales.
- Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to understand and present complex information to clients.
- High level of self-motivation and goal-oriented mindset.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Compensation Pacakge:
- $3,000 - $5,000 (Basic Salary) + commission + incentives
