Sales Executive (Business Development)

Position Title: Sales Executive
Working Location: Singapore, Kallang

Working Hours: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)

Position Overview:

The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to sales, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
  • Present and demonstrate products and services to potential clients, highlighting benefits and key features.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring a mutually beneficial agreement.
  • Maintain and expand client relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure smooth client experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience in sales.
  • Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and present complex information to clients.
  • High level of self-motivation and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Compensation Pacakge:

  • $3,000 - $5,000 (Basic Salary) + commission + incentives
