Job Scope
- Coordinate and supervise structural and technical aspects of construction works
- Liaise with consultants and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor work progress and quality to meet project requirements
- Provide guidance to site workers and enforce safety compliance
- Interpret technical drawings accurately (rebar experience is a plus)
- Handle additional ad hoc site-related tasks as required
- Minimum Secondary School, ITE, ITC, or NTC qualification
- Completed Building Construction Supervision Safety Course
- Completed Work-at-Height Course for Supervisors
- Prior construction site experience is an advantage
- Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
