Construction Supervisor

Construction Supervisor – Lim’s Star Design & Contracts Pte Ltd

Salary : $3000 to $4500

Responsibilities:

• Site planning, coordination with workers, scheduling and technical support to Project Manager
• Able to interpret drawings and Calculation of Site Materials
• Prepare quotation
• Regular monitoring of project progress and reporting to Project Manager
• Liaising with Main / sub-contractor, attend meeting with clients.
• Other duties as delegated by the Management.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required.
• Able to handle projects independently
• Skills - autocad, Microsoft Office
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in computer-aided drawings.
• Pleasant working attitude, self motivated, hardworking and creatively.
• Requires language: English, Chinese
• Immediately or within short notice to start work
