Requirements:

Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent
At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience
Relevant IT certification will be an added advantage
Able to travel overseas on short notice
Have effective communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to multi-task
Team player, self-driven and strong sense of urgency
Dedicated and driven to excel with a positive attitude
Ability to handle stress and provide critical support even after working hours
