Business Development Executive (Software) - Pasir Ris

• Salary: $3.5k - 4.5k Basic + Commission + Transport allowances (to be discussed) + Quarterly bonuses
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. As a pivotal member of our sales and marketing department, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving growth.

• Prospect and generate leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, and referrals
• Identify software needs of potential clients and suggest appropriate solutions
• Seek out and secure meetings with key decision-makers
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients
• Achieve monthly sales targets and goals

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• At least 2-3 years’ experience in a B2B sales-oriented role
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrate proactive initiative in identifying and cultivating new sources of leads
• Excel in multitasking and managing priorities within a dynamic, fast-paced setting
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong desire to deliver results
