- Collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and support the overall success of the store
- Adhering to company policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Previous retail or customer service experience, preferably in the retail or consumer products industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- Basic cash handling and inventory management skills
