Part-time Sales & Customer service assistant needed!

Service period: Jul 2025 - Dec 2025 (6 Months)

$14/hr

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 3pm - 7pm (4 hours)

Do note that this role requires working on Public Holidays as well.

No break provided!

Responsibilities:

• Promptly attending to customer enquiries and follow up in a friendly and professional manner.
• Follow-up on appointment viewings (from WhatsApp/Telephone calls) and convert potential customers to storer
• Addresses customer service issues expeditiously
• Sells product features, benefits, and competitive advantages in a customer-focused approach
• Drive Sales by converting enquiries into successful customer sign up.
• To be pro-active by also upselling our other services (eg. BoxShop items, e-Move, Biz-plus)
• Collaborate with the onsite team to achieve sales and revenue goals for the business.

• Candidate must possess at least an "O" level certificate.
• Communicate well with good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Adequately conversant in English. Being able to communicate in a second language is a plus.
• Honest with the ability to work quickly and accurately.
• Computer literate and verse in using Apps and communication tools.
• An interest in working with people and the ability to cheerfully provide great service with a smile.
• Demonstrates the appropriate level of skills to promote company products.
• Some working experience in sales & customer service is required for this position.
• Committed for 6 months
