Our client, a globally recognized freight forwarding and logistics leader, is seeking Business Development Manager to spearhead revenue growth and strengthen market presence across Ocean Freight, Air Freight, Warehousing, and integrated logistics services.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop the Business Development/Sales team to meet revenue, volume, and profitability goals.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities while expanding key accounts and market share.
- Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to align strategies and support corporate objectives.
- Monitor customer satisfaction, drive service improvements, and champion best practices for continuous growth.
- Mentor team members, provide market insights, and contribute to annual business planning and product value propositions.
- Proven leadership experience in business development or sales within the freight forwarding/logistics industry.
- Strong knowledge of Ocean, DG Shipments & Air Freight, Warehousing, and logistics operations.
- Track record of achieving sales targets, driving revenue growth, and managing high-value client relationships.
- Excellent stakeholder management, strategic planning, and team-building skills.
- Proactive, target-driven, and adaptable, with a strong hunter mindset.
