About the role

We are an AI-driven technology company preparing to launch a new AI product. We are looking for a hands-on Marketing & Business Development Manager to support product launch, digital marketing, user acquisition, partnership development and business growth.

This role is suitable for someone with experience in digital marketing, paid advertising, AdTech-related platforms and business development. The candidate should be comfortable working in a startup environment with broad and fast-moving responsibilities.

Key responsibilities
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to support product launch, brand awareness and user acquisition.
  • Manage digital marketing activities, including social media, paid ads, email marketing, content marketing and campaign reporting.
  • Support performance marketing across platforms.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis and customer insight gathering to support product positioning and campaign planning.
  • Identify and follow up on business opportunities, including partnerships, lead generation, customer outreach and channel collaborations.
  • Prepare marketing materials, campaign content, simple reports, business development updates and recommendations for improvement.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align marketing and business development activities with product and business goals.
About you
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Marketing or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in marketing, digital marketing, performance marketing, business development or advertising-related roles.
  • Experience with digital advertising platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads or similar tools.
  • Good understanding of paid media, customer acquisition, campaign optimisation, lead generation and basic marketing analytics.
  • Strong interest in AdTech, AI tools, digital growth strategies and business development.
  • Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks and adapt to a startup environment.
  • Good communication skills, strong execution ability and attention to detail.
