Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls from customers regarding services, enquiries, and general support and serves as main point of contact for the general public with regards to personal items / assets
- Assist walk-in visitors and ensuring proper verification and documentation are done (when needed)
- Log interactions into CRM systems and follow up on outstanding issues
- Maintain accurate records of item intake, status updates, and release transactions using internal systems
- Coordinate with relevant authorities and internal departments for processing and clearance of items
- Support administrative duties such as data entry, report generation, and case tracking
- Ensure strict compliance with SOPs, privacy regulations, and government handling protocols
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Levels
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially when dealing with the general public will be a plus
- Comfortable with basic computer systems and administrative processes
- Prior experience in Call Centre, Logistics, Security, or Public Service Support is advantageous
