Logistics Executive (West - 3PL, tradenet)

Job Scope:

• Handle full order processing, ensuring smooth and accurate end-to-end customer transactions.
• Liaise with carriers, transport partners, and freight service providers to arrange timely deliveries.
• Maintain and update stock movements within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Prepare job-based billing using the system’s billing module.
• Foster positive client relationships through timely updates and professional communication.
• Provide general administrative and logistics support whenever required.

Requirement :

Mandatory to possess certificate for permit declaration (Tradenet)

Operations Executive (Central - Logistics Operations)

Job Scope:

• Plan and coordinate logistics and transport schedules for the delivery of furniture and bathroom products.
• Liaise with suppliers, transport vendors, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team to maintain stock availability.
• Track and optimize delivery routes to ensure cost-effective and timely deliveries.
• Handle documentation, including delivery orders, invoices, and transport permits.
• Resolve any logistics-related issues, such as delays or discrepancies, promptly and effectively.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during transport and handling.
• Provide regular updates and reports on logistics performance to management.

Requirement:

At least 3 years of working experience in logistics operations
