Cargo Officer / Bunker Clerk

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage cargo operations and documentation onboard bunker tanker
• Safeguard product quality and quantity during loading and delivery operations
• Ensure compliance with Company work instructions and SS648:2024 requirements where applicable
• Implement and maintain proper custody control procedures for onboard cargo storage and movement
• Maintain accurate and timely inventory records, including stock movement logbook and daily ROB reports
• Report customer complaints or disputes promptly to the Operations Manager and assist in onsite investigations
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as Bunker Clerk or Cargo Officer onboard bunker tankers
• Certification in Basic & Advanced Course on Bunkering Practices (SS600 & TR 48)
• Certification in Code of Practice for Bunker Mass Flow Metering (SS 648:2024)
• Willing to perform shift duties and stay onboard vessel as required
• Meticulous, responsible, and able to follow through on assigned tasks

Additional Information:

• Location: Onboard Client Vessel
• Work Schedule: 3 Days Onboard / 3 Days Off (Shift-Based)
• Salary: $4,000 – $5,000 + Variable Bonus
