Summary
In this role, the holder will develop and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent. Responsibilities will include ensuring fair employee compensation and comprehensive benefits packages. The holder’s expertise will contribute to high employee satisfaction and engagement levels.
What you'll do
The holder of the position is mainly responsible for the following areas in coordination with his / her superior:
- Design and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive, cost-effective, and aligned with industry standards and company objectives.
- Conduct job evaluations and market analysis to determine appropriate salary ranges and benefits packages for various positions within the organization.
- Support the annual salary review process, including coordinating with HRBPs and Managers to ensure accurate and timely completion of salary adjustments and bonus payouts.
- Stay updated on relevant legislation, regulations, and trends related to compensation and benefits, and ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
- Provide guidance and support to HR team members, Managers and employees, regarding compensation and benefits-related matters.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation related to compensation and benefits programs.
- Support in the case management for domestic and international relocations, as well as short term/ long term international assignments.
- Exercise confidentiality, discretion, and sound judgment in performance of duties.
- Participate and assist in team projects and ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s or Graduate Degree in HR, Business or equivalent experience
- Min 5 years of relevant experience in total rewards
- Fluent in statistics, spreadsheets and frameworks
- Familiar with HRIS system, preferably SAP
- A natural problem solver and critical thinker
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and a compliance mindset
- Able to collaborate with other teams
- Resourceful, well organised and meticulous with a positive mindset
