Facility Data Center Engineer (shift work) - PRIT - Toa Payoh

• Respond to all operational incidents and perform remote requests within SLA
• Update all requests on the internal ticketing system
• Ensure compliance with ITIL processes for incident, problem and change management
• Implement safety, security and customer support policies and procedures
• Coordinate and support contractors and vendors as well as inspect completed work
• Plan and support all preventive and reactive maintenance activities with minimal disruption to company services
• Participate and support internal and external audits for stakeholders and customers

Requirements:

• Diploma or certificate in Computing, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related field
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience in 24x7 DC or facility operations environment, freshers with relevant qualifications such as building services, mechanical engineering
• General knowledge of M&E and Network Critical Infrastructure
• Broad knowledge of DC facilities related systems experience.
• Detail-oriented team player who can work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Prepared to be on 24x7 standby recall to provide extra manpower coverage when necessary
• Ability to work on a rotating shift schedule, which includes weekends and public holidays
• Basic + Fixed shift Allowance + Mobile allowance + Bonus+OT
• 8am-8pm, 8pm-8am Rotational shift
• 2 days working, 2 days off shift pattern
