Geylang - Financial Controller

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and direct all financial activities within the department
- Manage the preparation of course costing, budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans
- Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial reports and analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Establish, implement, and improve financial systems, processes, and internal policies
- Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely completion and submission of audited financial statements
- Oversee banking relationships, cash flow management, and other treasury functions
- Perform preliminary financial evaluations and assessments for international projects as needed
- Conduct financial trend analysis to minimize investment risks and support sound spending decisions
- Track investment performance and design strategies to optimize returns
- Participate in financial meetings and discussions with relevant stakeholders
- Undertake any other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Management from time to time
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial reporting, including audit-related function
- Hands-on and experience in financial consolidation and reporting
- Familiarity with local tax laws and statutory reporting requirements
- Meticulous and able to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
