We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Brand Ambassador to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for representing the Sony brand and promoting our innovative range of products to customers.
What you'll be doing- Engage customers proactively to introduce Sony products.
- Demonstrate product features confidently and clearly, using hands-on demos.
- Answer customer questions with accurate, friendly information to build trust and interest.
- Upsell or cross-sell relevant accessories or bundles.
- Assist with booth setup and teardown.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the roadshow area.
- Individual who is vocal, proactive and unafraid to approach customers
- Willingness to learn
