Location: Central (Near MRT Station)

Job Description:

• Assist customers with product inquiries and purchases.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Process clothing buy-back transactions and ensure quality control.
• Support store management with inventory control and stock organization.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience, with leadership experience in a small team preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to supervise and mentor junior staff in the future.
• Proficiency in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, analytical, oral, and written communication skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
• Passion for fashion and sustainable retail practices is a must.
