Assistant Sales Manager

As part of our expansion strategy, we are strengthening our sales division to tap into new sales opportunities domestically and overseas.
We’re looking for a passionate, sales driven and proactive Assistant &/or Sales Manager to drive sales growth in the assigned sales portfolio, and supporting the development and execution of our corporate sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities- Responsible for executing sales strategies to expand client base and increase revenue.
- Consistently strives to exceed sales targets assigned
- Identify, prospect, and develop new leads within the targeted sectors
- Maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients and ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with inter-departmental stakeholders to align sales efforts with brand strategy and market trends.
- Monitor market dynamics and competitor activity; provide insights, competitive threats and recommend tactical adjustments accordingly.
- Analyse sales metrics and prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for the Business commercial Manager
- Any other assigned roles and duties as deemed fit and necessary
- Diploma or Degree in a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of B2B &/or corporate sales experience, preferably in FMCG, food, or related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team.
- Experience in sales penetration, account management, corporate sales pitching and presentation.
- Willing to be hands-on in handling all customer account management matters and be the main point of contact between customers and internal stakeholders to ensure customer needs are effectively met.
- Familiarity with Singapore’s food industry landscape and regulatory requirements is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office such as words and excel.
- Commitment to an onsite 5-day work week
