What you'll be doing?- Sales Execution: You'll implement the sales strategy to achieve revenue and profit targets, engage in prospecting and customer growth.
- Pipeline Management: You'll maintain a qualified sales pipeline, forecast business outcomes, and identify risks with proactive solutions.
- Customer Engagement: You'll develop tailored logistics solutions, manage customer interactions, and ensure professional representation.
- Commercial Discipline: You'll adhere to pricing and margin policies, focus on profitable growth, and escalate commercial requests as needed.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: You'll work with various departments to ensure smooth operations and resolve issues.
- Relationship Management: You'll build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing proactive support and communication.
- Educational Background: A degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or Marketing is preferred.
- Experience Required: At least 5 years in sales within the freight forwarding and logistics sector.
- Skill Set: Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a solution-selling mindset.
- Operational Capability: Ability to work independently with a class 3 driving license and a personal car for customer visits.
