Admin Assistant (Sales Support)

Our esteemed client in the Food Manufacturing industry is seeking a Sales Admin Assistant to join their dynamic team:
- Employment Type: Permanent
- Position: Sales Admin Assistant/ Admin Assistant (Sales Support)
- Location: West, Singapore
- Working Hours: 5.25 days (Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm; Saturday half day)
- Salary Package: Up to $2,300 + AWS + Bonus
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle order processing and delivery coordination
- Manage cash collections and record monthly cash sales
- Process customer orders via phone or email
- Attend to customer enquiries and complaints
- Perform basic bookkeeping and prepare sales reports
- Handle general administrative tasks such as filing documents & answering phone calls
- Retrieve orders from portals and coordinate returns with supermarkets
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE “O” level with at least 1 year of related experience.
- Able to work on Saturdays.
- Able to start work in short notice.
