Job Scope:
- Provide administrative support to the sales and service team.
- Prepare quotations, service proposals, invoices, and purchase orders.
- Process customer orders and ensure accurate entry into the system.
- Coordinate service appointments, maintenance schedules, and job assignments.
- Liaise with customers regarding service enquiries, job status, and follow-ups.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general customer requests.
- Prepare and maintain sales, service, and customer records.
- Coordinate with technicians, operations team, and suppliers for smooth service delivery.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure data accuracy.
- Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
- O Level, NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
- Relevant experience in sales support, customer service, administration, or related field.
- Experience in preparing quotations, invoices, and purchase orders.
- Good administrative and data entry skills with strong attention to detail.
- Able to coordinate schedules, appointments efficiently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers, technicians, and internal teams.
- Able to handle calls, emails, and customer enquiries professionally.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
