Recruitment Consultant (Executive Search / Talent Advisory)

We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Recruitment Consultant to join our Singapore team.

This role focuses on partnering with clients to deliver high-quality talent solutions while building a strong candidate network across key industries.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for mid to senior-level roles
• Partner closely with clients to understand hiring needs, market dynamics, and talent strategy
• Proactively source and engage candidates via market mapping, headhunting, and networking
• Conduct structured interviews and provide consultative career advice to candidates
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates
• Drive business development activities, including pitching and account expansion
• Stay abreast of industry trends to provide market insights and intelligence

• Experience in recruitment, sales, or a client-facing role
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrated commercial drive and resilience in a target-driven environment
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
