We are looking for Recruitment Consultant / Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Singapore Team, you will be involved in the full cycle of technical recruitment where you will be trained to source, qualify, manage, negotiate and close offers for mid to senior levels professionals.On another end, you will also be exposed to conduct Business Development activities to clinch new clients on-board to partner and hire the best talents in the market. This opportunity will also allow you to gain commercial knowledge and apply it on a daily basis.
Requirement:

Whether you have experience in recruitment or the technology industry, we welcome those who are keen to kick-start their career in a Sales Recruitment role, as well as experienced professionals considering a career switch to a sales-driven environment where effort and results are rewarded.Candidates with a sales background and/or CEI certification will be considered a strong advantage.
- Business development to foster new business relationships
- Account management with existing clients
- Proactive selling and negotiation on multiple levels
- Head-hunting and candidate sourcing
- Co-ordinating recruitment processes from start to finish
- Able to communicate effectively with customers in English and Chinese.
