HR & Training Executive

Job Description:
- Prepare and conduct in-house training for candidates
- Able to perform job matching, selection & shortlisting of potential candidates
- Social media and digital marketing experience will be a priority
- Conduct end to end recruitment involving identifying and screening candidates, arranging & conducting interviews, conducting reference and background checks, and offer of employment
- Develop effective recruitment strategies
- Proactively source and screen candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media and employee referrals
- Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess fit and interest level
Requirements:
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Self-driven with a strong desire to excel
- Establish and maintain a good relationship with potential candidates
- Knowledge of recruiting trends and best practices
- Open minded & willing to take challenges
- Full training will be provided
