Executive / Senior Executive (HR/Admin)

Workplace: Tessensohn HQ (Nearest MRT Farrer Park)

We are looking for a proactive and meticulous Executive / Senior Executive (HR/Admin) to support payroll, HR administration and general office administration.

Responsibilities:

  • Process the full cycle of monthly payroll accurately and in a timely manner, including overtime, allowances, claims, CPF contributions and other statutory submissions.
  • Administer staff leave, attendance, benefits and maintain accurate employee records and personnel files.
  • Support HR functions such as recruitment, interview coordination, onboarding, training administration and staff welfare activities.
  • Prepare employment-related documents including contracts, confirmation letters and other HR correspondence.
  • Prepare HR and administrative reports, statistics and documentation as required
  • Assist in procurement matters, including obtaining quotations, preparing purchase requisitions and liaising with vendors.
  • Provide support in contract administration by maintaining records, monitoring contract expiry dates and coordinating renewals.
  • Provide secretariat support for EXCO, Committee and management meetings, including preparing agenda, papers, minutes and follow-up actions.
  • Act as covering officer for Corporate Reception when required.
  • Support general office administration and undertake other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related discipline.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in payroll management, and 5 years of relevant experience for Senior Executive level.
  • Hands-on experience in payroll processing and HR administration is required.
  • Experience in handling committee secretariat matters and preparing minutes of meetings will be an advantage.
  • Experience in procurement and contract administration will be an advantage.
  • Well verse with Singapore employment legislation and MOM regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
  • Experience with payroll or HR systems such as Access Sage EasyPay or similar systems will be preferred.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to handle confidentiality information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
