Marine Technical & Compliance Manager - Toa Payoh

• Oversee the technical maintenance and compliance of our marine assets, ensuring they meet all relevant safety and regulatory standards
• Develop and implement robust maintenance programs to prolong the lifespan and performance of our vessels
• Liaise with classification societies, flag states and other regulatory bodies to ensure continued certification and compliance
• Manage a team of technical and operational personnel, providing direction, coaching and performance management
• Analyse operational data and generate insightful reports to inform strategic decision making
• Identify and recommend opportunities to improve the efficiency, safety and sustainability of our marine operations
• Ensure all activities adhere to our company's stringent health, safety and environmental policies

• Degree or equivalent qualification in marine engineering, naval architecture or a related technical discipline
• Extensive experience in a senior technical or compliance role within the maritime industries
• Comprehensive understanding of marine regulations, classification requirements and compliance frameworks
• Proven track record of leading high-performing technical teams and driving continuous improvement
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively at all levels
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Commitment to upholding the highest standards of health, safety and environmental protection
