Inventory Executive - Pasir Ris

• Oversee warehouse operations for internal or external storage
• Enforce standard operating procedure (SOPs) for warehouse activities to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Coordinate and manage daily system and warehouse operation with internal and external users
• Ensure accuracy in Goods Receipt (GR) / Goods Issue (GI) records using SAP, C4C and RFID
• Responsible in the handling of import and export shipment activities to avoid storage at port
• Provide monthly report for all inventory at our premise and 3rd party warehouse
• Identify and implement process improvements in inventory management
• Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the warehouse
• Ensure safety protocols and RA to create a safe work environment for colleague and visitors
• Run annual stock take and sample stock take
• Other adhoc duties as assigned

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain or equivalent
• At least 3 years of relevant working experiences
• Candidates who possess Forklift License will have an added advantage
• Candidates are required to handle heavy materials
• Experienced in warehouse inventory management
• Computer literate and proficient in MS Office and SAP
• Able to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude, meticulous, and possess good organizational skills
