Our Management Trainee Programme is designed for young talents who want more than a conventional sales role. This programme provides hands-on exposure to technology solutions, client engagement, business development, and real project environments.
What You’ll Experience:
- Rotation across Project Sales, Service Sales, Distribution Sales, and Broadcasting Sales
- Exposure to real-world AV and technology projects
- Participation in client meetings, presentations, site visits, and demonstrations
- Collaboration with engineering and project teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Development of business communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Who We’re Looking For:
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Business, Marketing, or related fields
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Adaptable, driven, and eager to learn
- Interest in technology, business, and client engagement
