IT Business Analyst (Financial Services Domain) - Toa Payoh

Job Summary:

Experience in the Capital Markets Domain is an added advantage. Proficiency in SQL scripting is a must-have requirement for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
• Conduct gap analysis and propose effective IT solutions.
• Support testing, training, and deployment of new systems and enhancements.
• Prepare documentation including business process flows, use cases, and user manuals.
• Facilitate communication between business units and IT teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 5–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Financial Services Domain.
• Strong understanding of financial services processes and applications.
• Proficiency in SQL scripting is mandatory.
• Experience in the Capital Markets Domain is an added advantage.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools and data analysis.
