IT Business Analyst, Banking (1-year renewable contract)

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and conduct unit testing for AML system changes and production fixes.
• Collaborate on test planning for System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Manage vendor teams to ensure successful delivery of AML system enhancements.
• Engage stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of system changes.
• Coordinate with Infrastructure and Change Management teams for application deployments in DevOps environments.
• Configure and maintain application infrastructure across Unix, Windows, and Oracle environments.
• Implement system changes in test and production environments using Bitbucket, Jenkins, and Aldon change management tools.
• Conduct training sessions to share technical knowledge and best practices with internal teams.

Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong analytical ability.
• Experience in delivering system enhancements within the banking industry.
• Hands-on experience in design, configuration, and development.
• Proficiency in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL for design and development.
• Solid knowledge of Java/Javascript.
• Awareness of operational impacts during system delivery.
• Ability to meet SLAs/KPIs and deliver within specified timelines.
• Vendor interaction and management skills.
• Familiarity with AML applications (e.g., Fircosoft, Actimize, NR Detica) or Linux environments.
