Administrative assistant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, efficient, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Maintain filing systems (physical and digital)
Assist with office supply management and inventory
Support various departments with administrative tasks
Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication
Local polytechnic diploma or A level graduate
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
