Administrative Assistant (Government)
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily operations within a dynamic government environment. This role is ideal for organised, proactive individuals who enjoy providing administrative and coordination support.
The contract duration is up to 1 year.
Key Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team
- Schedule meetings and coordinate logistics
- Handle emails, phone enquiries, and other basic correspondence
- Maintain proper filing, records, documentation and data management systems
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents
- Assist in data entry and basic analysis
- Maintain records, databases, and employee files
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders when required
- Support events and programme planning
- Handle other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or related field
- Immediate Starters are strongly preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Minimum 2 years of experience handling routine administration tasks and data entry
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team
- Attention to detail
- Stable and structured work environment

- Monday to Friday, office hours
- Singapore
