Customer Service Executive

Location: International Plaza (Directly Above Tanjong Pagar MRT)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: SGD 3,000 – SGD 4,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with Clients: Respond promptly to client inquiries, providing professional and effective solutions to meet their needs.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Cultivate and maintain positive, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Support Business Operations: Oversee and streamline daily office operations to support business objectives.
  • Customer Support Excellence: Deliver exceptional customer service and provide orientation to business clients, ensuring they feel valued and supported.
  • Drive Business Processes: Manage and execute transactions with precision and efficiency.
  • Collaborative Problem Solving: Take ownership of ad-hoc duties and assist the team to achieve overall success in meeting client needs.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience: At least 1 year of corporate secretarial or customer service experience in the corporate services industry.
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma with certification, or equivalent qualifications in corporate secretarial work.
  • Skills:
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken and written) to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Knowledge of BizFile, XBRL, Microsoft Office, and Chinese word processing is a plus.
  • Personal Traits:
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Organised with strong time management and multitasking skills.
  • A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Professionalism: Committed to delivering high-quality work and upholding the company’s reputation.
