Job Scope

We are looking for temporary staff to assist with packing and moving office files and materials. This role is based in an office environment.

Responsibilities include:

Packing and boxing of documents, files, and office materials
Labelling and organising boxes accurately for storage
Moving packed boxes to designated storage areas
Assisting with basic sorting and archiving of documents
Ensuring items are handled carefully to prevent damage
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the work area
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

Physically fit and able to carry boxes (moderate to heavy weight) up flights of stairs (no lift available)
Responsible, careful, and detail-oriented
Able to follow instructions and work efficiently

Additional Information

Office environment (air-conditioned)
Suitable for students / temporary workers / those between jobs
Immediate start preferred
