We are hiring for our client who is looking for a passionate Finance Admin Officer to join their growing team!
Contract Period: 6 Months
Responsibilities:
- Support in review of supplier invoices
- Raise request for new supplier records and maintenance of supplier records
- Send reminders to Departments to process outstanding invoices once every 2 weeks
- Check exception report on unsuccessful creation of e-invoices and perform troubleshooting with departments involved
- Monthly backend payment review
- Prepare reports on quarterly prompt & faster payments
- Approve customer creations
- Any other adhoc assignments
Job Requirements:
- Familiar with Workday will be an advantage
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
