Role Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Specialist / Content Creator to lead the planning, creation, and execution of digital content across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for a self-driven individual with strong creative instincts, strategic thinking, and the ability to work independently while making a measurable impact on Zest Clinic’s online presence.
You will play a key role in shaping our digital voice, building brand awareness, and engaging our audience through compelling content in the aesthetics and wellness space.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, develop, and manage content calendars across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and Google.
- Work independently and with partner agencies to create high-quality visual and video content that reflects Zest Clinic’s brand identity and expertise.
- Develop and execute social media campaigns to drive engagement, growth, and brand awareness.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on social media performance, insights, and trends to optimise strategies.
- Collaborate with influencers, partner agencies and internal teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
- Manage paid social media advertising to maximise reach, engagement, and return on investment (ROI).
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation (experience in health, wellness, aesthetics, or lifestyle industries is preferred).
- Strong skills in video editing and graphic design.
- Proficiency with major social media platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools.
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and editing is an advantage.
- Creative, proactive, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and perform well under pressure.
