Roles & Responsibilities:

A project coordinator in a roller shutter doors company is responsible for overseeing and coordinating various aspects of projects related to the installation, maintenance, and repair of roller shutter doors. They work closely with different teams, including sales, engineering, and installation, to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to the client's specifications. The project coordinator's duties may include:

1. Planning and scheduling project activities, milestones, and deadlines.
2. Coordinating with clients to understand their requirements and expectations.
3. Collaborating with the sales team to prepare project proposals and estimates.
4. Assisting in the procurement of materials and equipment necessary for the projects.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills, supported by relevant qualifications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with different teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Knowledge of roller shutter doors or related products is a plus.
• Min. class 3 Licence. Vehicle provided by Company.
• Singaporean/Malaysia are welcome
