What you'll be doing- Plan, organize, and execute volunteer trips and community projects in Cambodia and Nepal.
- Coordinate with local partners and stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Develop marketing strategies to recruit volunteers and raise awareness about our initiatives.
- Provide pre-trip briefings and post-trip debriefs for volunteers.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of projects and prepare reports for donors and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with volunteers, donors, and community partners.
- Support fundraising efforts and donor engagement activities.
- Diploma or degree in any field.
- Singapore citizen or Permanent Resident.
- A heart for the poor and a strong desire to make a difference in the lives of rural communities.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel to Cambodia and Nepal for project implementation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing circumstances.
- Experience in project management, marketing, or event planning is a plus but not mandatory.
